Does Morpho work with my version of AutoCAD?

MorphoCAD supports AutoCAD 2019 and newer, including Civil 3D and Architecture, on Windows.

Is my project data safe?

Only layer metadata is sent for AI processing: layer names, block names, and short text snippets (up to 40 characters) for context. No geometry, coordinates, or drawing content ever leaves your machine. Mapping results are stored in your Cloud Memory.

What is Cloud Memory?

Every time you correct a mapping, Morpho saves it to the cloud. The next time that layer appears in any DWG, it's resolved instantly without an API call. Team plans share this memory across all members.

Can my whole team use the same account?

Team and Enterprise plans support multiple seats. Each team member has their own login, and all corrections and templates are shared across the organization automatically.

What happens when I hit my monthly conversion limit?

Morpho switches to Memory-only mode - it still maps layers using your accumulated corrections. Only layers it has never seen before are flagged as unresolved. You never get a hard stop.

How do I get started?

How is Morpho different from LAYTRANS?

Does it work with custom layer standards?

Absolutely. Morpho works with any standard - AIA, NCS, ISO 13567, BS 1192, or your own custom naming convention. Just export your existing DWG as a template or upload a CSV with your layer definitions.

Can I process multiple DWG files at once?

Yes! Team and Enterprise plans include Batch Processing. Select a folder of DWGs and Morpho standardizes them all in one go. Each file in a batch counts as a separate run toward your monthly limit.

1. Acceptance

By creating a MorphoCAD account or using the MorphoCAD plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using MorphoCAD on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. MorphoCAD is based in Torino, Italy. 2. The service

Morpho provides an AI-powered AutoCAD plugin and web platform for CAD standardization. The plugin includes three core commands: MORPHO (AI layer mapping), MORPHOSTYLE (dimension and text style review), and MORPHOCHECK (compliance scoring). Additional features include batch file processing, Cloud Memory (learned mappings reused automatically), team workspaces, and a web dashboard. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
- Each team member requires their own named user account. Team plans include multiple seats; account credentials must not be shared between individuals.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Plans and billing

- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment disputes on our behalf. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the same amount unless you cancel or change your plan before renewal. We will notify you at least 7 days before any price changes take effect.
- The free trial is limited to 20 AI runs over 15 days. No credit card is required. A run is one execution of the MORPHO command (AI-powered layer mapping) on a single drawing. MORPHOSTYLE and MORPHOCHECK do not consume runs.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy described in Section 11 below.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly AI run quota. A run is one execution of the MORPHO command on a single drawing. MORPHOSTYLE and MORPHOCHECK are always available regardless of quota. When the quota is reached, MORPHO continues operating using Cloud Memory-only mode (previously learned mappings still apply). Unused runs do not roll over to the next month.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin
- Use the service to build a competing product
- Abuse or circumvent usage limits through automated means

7. Intellectual property

Your layer templates, mappings, Cloud Memory corrections, style definitions, and data remain yours. We do not claim ownership over content you upload or corrections you make. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Morpho is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or AutoCAD file modifications. Always maintain backups of your DWG files before running Morpho.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Communications

We will send you transactional emails related to your account (e.g., confirmation, password reset, billing). If you opt in during registration, we may also send product updates and announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We will never share your email with third parties for marketing.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the service. Continued use of MorphoCAD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Morpho. The following refund terms apply:

- Monthly plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal. After 14 days, no refund is issued, but you retain access until the end of the billing period.
- Annual plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day period, no pro-rata refunds are available. Access continues until the end of the annual billing period.
- Free trial: The free trial does not involve any payment. No refund applies.
- Cancellation: When you cancel a subscription, no further charges are made. You retain full access to Morpho features until the end of your current billing period.
- Enterprise plans: Enterprise customers with custom agreements are subject to the refund and cancellation terms specified in their individual contract.

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page within the applicable 14-day period. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Torino, Italy.
