We want you to be satisfied with MorphoCAD. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. MorphoCAD is based in Torino, Italy.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection rights. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. No questions asked.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle. The 14-day full refund guarantee applies to the initial purchase and each renewal.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After the 14-day period, no pro-rata refunds are available. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period.
The free trial does not require payment. Since no charge is made, no refund applies to trial accounts.
Enterprise customers with custom agreements are subject to the refund and cancellation terms specified in their individual contract. Contact your account manager for details.
If you are charged in error due to a technical issue, duplicate transaction, or billing system malfunction, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day period. Contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
Refund requests that appear to involve fraud, abuse, or manipulation of our refund policy will be subject to investigation. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of confirmed abuse.
To request a refund, email us at info@morphocad.com within the applicable refund period. Please include your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear within 5-10 business days on your original payment method.
