You can cancel your MorphoCAD subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Navigate to Account > Subscription > Cancel. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@morphocad.com.
When you cancel your subscription, your access to all MorphoCAD features continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. There is no immediate loss of service.
MorphoCAD's free trial does not charge you automatically. When your 15-day trial ends, the plugin simply stops working. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan and no surprise charges. You choose if and when to subscribe.
To prevent the next billing charge, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal has been processed, you will retain access through the new billing period and will not be charged again after that.
If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan (downgrade), the change takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. If you downgrade from a Team plan to Starter, any additional team seats beyond the Starter plan limit will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
After your subscription ends, your account data (templates, Cloud Memory corrections, style definitions, compliance history, and settings) is retained for 30 days. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. During the 30-day retention window, you can resubscribe and your data will be fully restored.
If you resubscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your previous data (templates, Cloud Memory corrections, style definitions, and settings) will be restored automatically. After 30 days, you will start with a fresh account.
